Armed Security Field Supervisor – Memphis Area
Security Field Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the work of security guards and other security personnel. They ensure that their employees are performing their jobs correctly and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Security Field Supervisors may also be tasked with recruiting new employees, training current staff on new procedures or equipment, and developing plans for future growth within their organization. They must also be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within their organization as well as clients.
